XIUS has been providing telecom services to mobile operators for nearly 25 years. Our core values have resulted in 120 patent applications being filed and 35 being awarded to date. XIUS has its Corporate Headquarters in Massachusetts, USA and the Global Delivery Center in Hyderabad, India.

G. V. Kumar The global mobile industry continues to expand to newer horizons. A higher penetration of smartphones and an ever-increasing growth in mobile data usage have led to progressive evolution of the mobile service into a multi-functional, multi-tasking communications support system. This dynamic market place challenges carriers in steering their enterprise in the right direction to maximize shareholder value.

As new market trends and opportunities emerge, XIUS is well poised to serve/support our customers to capitalize on these opportunities, given our existing solution portfolio and experience, growing patent portfolio, strong telecom R&D, successful commercial launches and long-term support experiences.

We started our journey with a prepaid roaming platform and subsequently augmented our solution portfolio with IN, mobile payments, channel & distribution management systems, convergent billing, core network solution along with OSS/BSS & Value Added Services and have evolved to also offer end to end mobile infrastructure and service enablement to 3G and 4G carriers across the world.

The underlying focus of our work culture is built on four pillars:

Founder, CEO and Managing Director
G. V. Kumar

With over two decades of IT and telecommunications experience,
Mr. Kumar is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of XIUS. He successfully established XIUS as a cutting-edge telecom technology company and guided the company in developing unique products to solve the business problems of telecom operators unattended by incumbent telecom solution providers.

Mr. Kumar is credited with the ideation and commercial development of a number of patented mobile and payment technologies and services. The Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) strategy focuses the company in the significant emerging field of 5G, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence and Mobile Payments.

Prior to his work at XIUS, Mr. Kumar began his career with the Godrej Group of India, and last served as CEO of Godrej Telecom Ltd. – the telecom arm of the Godrej Group.

Mr. Kumar graduated from National Institute of Technology, Bhopal with a specialization in electrical engineering and received an MBA from XIMB.

Shridhar Thathachary

Shridhar Thathachary

Shridhar, a post graduate in Business Management, brings in over 25 years of multi dimensional experience to the XIUS Management team. In his current assignment he heads the Finance, Corporate, Legal and HR functions for XIUS.

Prior to XIUS, Shridhar has worked in some of the reputed global groups such as British Gas, Godrej and United Spirits. In these organizations, in addition to the HR function he held the responsibility for the admin /facilities and the IT organization. He has in the past successfully led a team towards the implementation of BaaN ERP. In his previous assignments he has been associated with the companies from the start up stage and has been part of the executive management teams that built and grew the organizations.

Shridhar has a cross functional and a multi industry experience (S/w, Financial Services & Telecom Manufacturing and Services). While he is enthusiastic and passionate about all that he is associated with, his corporate and personal successes are a result of his USP’s - communication, people management, organizing & planning and adaptability to changes around.

In his spare time, Shridhar catches up on reading and would also prefer to trek and listen to Indian music.

Jon Slates
Vice President – Corporate & Head of Business – Payments

Jon Slates’ current duties include an active role in the Core Leadership Team. He is on the Board of Directors for XIUS, Administrative Head for the Americas and SBU Head for XIUS’ Payment Manager Services globally.

Jon has been with XIUS for over 18 years holding key positions in Network Operations, Monitoring, Client Relations, Global Operations and Facilities Management of offices and datacenters in the US and Mexico. He plays a key support role geared towards customer satisfaction and is/has been responsible for maintaining uptime of large mobile carriers such as Telefonica, Maxcom, Verizon and Sprint besides many regional carriers in the US.

Jon has had versatile experience in manufacturing and R&D before joining XIUS. He spent 13 years owning and managing a transportation business that supported multiple customers, vendors and employees.

Dasaradhi Agnihotram

 Dasaradhi Agnihotram, shortly called Das, possess over two decades  of software development experience most of which got acquired while   working with product building companies assessed at CMM Level5     quality certification.

  He is keen in designing and applying tailor made processes and   ensure no process adopted is a name sake.

  His love towards learning & teaching of technology, nurturing PRODCUTIZATION skills across the board helps him building & managing a highly proficient product engineering team.

His passion for building new products as well as augmenting the legacies keeps him busy in architecting and designing re-usable frame works, enriching the feature set of the product line thus keep them competent to serve ever evolving market needs.




Arturo Sanchez
Head of Business - LatAm
Arturo Sanchez

Arturo brings 17+ years of telecommunication and IT experience into XIUS. In his current role he heads LatAm Strategic Business unit and responsible for revenue generation and P&L from the region.

His goal is to serve and expand LatAm presence targeting small operators, MVNOs, MVNEs with Mobile Infrastructure solutions.

Prior to XIUS Arturo worked in the world of software development and analysis of technological systems, in Softek. In 2001 he leapt into the world of telecommunications, at Telefonica de España, where he managed different lines of business for 13 years; including B2B solutions architecture, pre-sales, services marketing, strategic planning, public telephony, mobile internet, international long distance, Domestic Roaming etc.

Arturo holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering and a Diploma in Management Skills, Leadership and Strategic alignment.

Praveen Molala

Praveen Molala

   Praveen brings 14+ years of Telecom, Fintech and IT experience into     XIUS.

  In his current role he is responsible for Sales and Business       Development for Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region. He  focuses on acquiring strategically positioned MNOs, MVNO/E’s,          Financial Institutions as customers for XIUS, while being responsible    for revenue generation and P&L.

Prior to XIUS, Praveen has been associated with many OSS/BSS, VAS and Fintech organizations where he played a key role across functions of Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success and Partner Management which led to many tier one customer closures.

Praveen holds degree in Computer Applications and Management degree in Information Systems and Marketing.

Maria Augusta Erazo

Maria Augusta brings 10+ years of Telco and banking experience to XIUS.

At XIUS, she is Customer Relationship Manager for LatAm and plays a key role in building strong long term customer relationship and satisfaction. Her focused approach on goals, team engagement, better understanding of technical and commercial aspects enables her to improve customer experience and enhance relationships.

Prior to XIUS, she played a key role in developing the right strategy for setting up the revenue channels for mobile operators. With customer satisfaction as her primary goal she has successfully implemented best practices of the industry. She also played the role of Information Technology and Account Management of large companies in Ecuador. She was responsible for the commercial relationship of key client and their strategic growth.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Post Graduate Diploma in Managerial Skills.

Thania Kuyoc
Account Manager - LatAm
Thania Kuyoc

 Thania brings 15+ years of telecommunication and IT experience into    XIUS. In her current role, she heads the LatAm MVNO Implementation   unit and responsible for the integration of our MVNE platform.

   Her goal is to expand LatAm MVNO integrations and provide          innovative solutions for customers.

   Prior to XIUS Thania worked in the world of Data Networks in Cisco Systems. In 2006, she started to work with Mobile Networks at Telefonica Movistar (Spanish Company), where she coordinated different mobile services integrations for 12 years; including the first 4 international platforms of MVNE of LatAm. She implemented services such as voice, SMS, data, ptt, international roaming, national roaming, voice mail, charging, IVR, provisioning, portability, long-distance, and so on.

Then, she worked in Altan Networks (first 5G network in LatAm) helping with MVNO integrations and Mobile Product Definition.

Thania holds a master’s degree in Telecommunications Management. Also, she studied engineering in Telecommunications and a Diploma in International Business Management in Canada.
