Virtual Home Environment (VHE)

Virtual Home Environment is designed to allow call completion of an incorrectly dialed call to the home network or to the visited network while enabling the translation of a short code into its corresponding long number.

The main benefit of VHE is to achieve a higher answer seizure ratio (i.e., ratio of successful calls to the total number of attempted calls) by ensuring that in-roamers get seamless access to services while roaming in the visiting network.
