Under his leadership, XIUS has become a leading telecom technology company, addressing telecom operators' unmet needs with innovative solutions. GV is renowned for his role in ideating and developing patented mobile and payment technologies, with the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) strategy focusing on emerging fields like 5G, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, and Mobile Payments.

Prior to XIUS, he worked with the Godrej Group and served as the CEO of Godrej Telecom Ltd. He is also a long-standing member of EO (Entrepreneurs’ Organization,www.eonetwork.org), a global network of 18,000+ entrepreneurs from 60+ countries, and has served as the President of EO's Hyderabad Chapter. GV holds a degree in electrical engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, and an MBA from XIMB.

Sridhar, the President of Telecoms at XIUS, is a seasoned innovation practitioner with 24+ years of experience in technology, innovation diffusion, product commercialization, and innovation strategy. Before his current role, he co-founded CoCreation Consulting, providing innovation management and strategy consulting to Fortune 500 companies and market acceleration for IoT, DeepTech, and life science firms. He also led XIUS as CTO and VP of Engineering & Technology for 14 years, driving innovation, expanding product lines globally, and working with diverse organizations, including governments and defense agencies. Sridhar holds an MBA from the Institute for Technology and Management and received training from MIT - Sloan School of Management in design thinking and innovation methods. He's also a passionate traveler, nature enthusiast, food explorer, and avid reader in the realms of innovation and strategy.

Jon Slates is a valuable member of XIUS, with 18+ years of experience in various leadership roles, including Core Leadership Team participation, XIUS Board of Directors, Administrative Head for the Americas, and SBU Head for XIUS' Payment Manager Services worldwide. His extensive background includes roles in Network Operations, Monitoring, Client Relations, Global Operations, and Facilities Management. Jon's focus on customer satisfaction and ensuring uptime for major mobile carriers like Telefonica, Maxcom, Verizon, and Sprint, as well as regional carriers, highlights his significant contributions. Prior to joining XIUS, Jon owned and managed a transportation business for 13 years, demonstrating his versatility and leadership capabilities.

Dasaradhi Agnihotram, known as Das, has over 20 years of software development experience, primarily in CMM Level 5 certified product companies. He is dedicated to designing and implementing efficient processes, emphasizing practicality over mere formalities. Das is enthusiastic about both learning and teaching technology and is instrumental in fostering productization skills across his teams. His passion lies in creating new products and enhancing existing ones through reusable frameworks and expanded feature sets, ensuring they stay competitive in evolving markets.

Arturo brings over 17 years of telecom and IT experience to XIUS. He currently leads the LatAm Strategic Business Unit, focusing on revenue generation and P&L for the region. His goal is to expand XIUS' presence in LatAm, catering to small operators, MVNOs, and MVNEs with Mobile Infrastructure solutions. Before joining XIUS, Arturo worked in software development and technological systems analysis at Softek. He then spent 13 years at Telefonica de España, managing various aspects of the business, including B2B solutions, pre-sales, marketing, strategic planning, and more. Arturo holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering and a Diploma in Management Skills, Leadership, and Strategic Alignment.

Alex boasts 25+ years of extensive experience in Program Management, including Scope and Schedule Management, Client/User Expectation Management, Executive-level Relationship Management, Resource Planning, Team Leadership, Mentoring, Training, Release Management, Defect Management, Integration, Business Process Improvement, Cross-Functional Team Leadership, and Telco Mergers and Acquisitions. He has a global track record, having worked for companies like Amdocs, CAS/Wipro, and Microsoft, serving customers such as AT&T Mexico and USA, T-Mobile/Sprint, TELMEX, ANTEL, Claro Chile, Claro Colombia, CODETEL, MOVILNET, Vonage, TIM, and others across 10 countries. Alex holds an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV – Brazil), a bachelor's degree in information technology from FATEC (Santos - Brazil), and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Mr. Armaan G. Kumar, is an active family member & shareholder of the GV Kumar group & serves on Board of SOARG Technologies Pvt Ltd. He is a tech enthusiast, an avid Basketball player and an entrepreneur with a passion for marketing. He is currently part of the Core team of Whitefield BIO, a new venture into manufacturing Biofuels in India.

An Engineer by qualification, Mr. Kumar graduated from the prestigious Manipal Institute of Technology ( MIT Manipal), an Indian Ivy league college, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering (B. tech- Mechanical).

Mr. Kumar won the National student entrepreneur of the year in 2017 from TIE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) and represented India in the Global Student entrepreneur competition, held in San Jose, California, where he (& his team) was awarded the best global “Business Plan Execution strategy” award. Mr. Kumar is a national level basketball Player (represented the state of Telangana in national U-19) and have won many tournaments as a captain / member of his school & College Basketball teams.

Mr. Kumar is also a major Shareholder / partner of 17dnorth a group company that offers branding, design and digital solutions that helps companies enhance their brand and promote their business.

Sohail holds an Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), Manipal University, and a Student Entrepreneurship Certification from The Indus Entrepreneurs Organization (TIE). He initially worked in Business Development for a prominent renewable energy company before co-founding two startups: Haywire Gaming LLP, a Mobile Gaming Esports Company, and Scope Medics, offering Medication Review and Patient care services in Healthcare. Sohail's diverse experience includes internships at BHEL, CYIENT, Laxmi Electronics, and Deccan Industries. He's passionate about Data Analytics, applying data technologies, and excels in basketball, previously captaining school and college teams and winning numerous tournaments.

Prajith, with 20+ years of experience in Telecom/Enterprise applications, leads the Americas IoT Strategic Business unit at XIUS. He oversees IoT initiatives in the USA, managing IoT functions and revenue objectives, along with heading mobile infrastructure solutions for the Americas. Previously, Prajith worked with Oracle Enterprise applications partners like Pinnacle, serving as Principal Architect in various verticals such as Telecom Billing, Revenue Management, Manufacturing, and Financials. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from MSRIT, Bangalore.

Praveen, with over 14 years of experience in Telecom, Fintech, and IT, leads Sales and Business Development for the Asia, Middle East, and Africa (AMEA) region at XIUS. His role involves acquiring strategically positioned MNOs, MVNO/E's, and Financial Institutions as customers, with a focus on revenue generation and P&L responsibility. Before joining XIUS, Praveen worked with OSS/BSS, VAS, and Fintech organizations, excelling in Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success, and Partner Management, leading to the closure of numerous tier one customer deals. Praveen holds degrees in Computer Applications and Management with a specialization in Information Systems and Marketing.

Maria Augusta, with over 10 years of experience in Telco and banking, serves as the Customer Relationship Manager for LatAm at XIUS. Her role involves building strong, long-term customer relationships and enhancing satisfaction. Maria's focus on goals, team engagement, and a deep understanding of technical and commercial aspects drives improved customer experiences. Before XIUS, she played a pivotal role in developing revenue channels for mobile operators, implementing industry best practices, and managing key client relationships and strategic growth in Ecuador. Maria holds a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, a Master's Degree in Business Administration, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Managerial Skills.

Gorreegala Madhava Reddy brings over 20 years of telecom experience with expertise in IMS, EPC, Charging, OSS, IP, and VAS domains. His roles have spanned Operations, Project Management, Change Management, Performance Management, Integration, Business Process Improvement, and cross-functional team leadership. Reddy previously served as Core Head at Ericsson, leading Core Operations for Bharti Airtel in Kolkata and West Bengal, successfully launching 5G services and deploying new projects-MMEs, EPGs, Google PODs etc, as part of capacity enhancement. He also worked at Vodafone Idea and Idea Cellular as General Manager for core, IN, and VAS Operations in Andhra Pradesh Circle. Reddy holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications from JNTU, Hyderabad, and enjoys reading books in his spare time.
