Sridhar, the President of Telecoms at XIUS, is a seasoned innovation practitioner with 24+ years of experience in technology, innovation diffusion, product commercialization, and innovation strategy. Before his current role, he co-founded CoCreation Consulting, providing innovation management and strategy consulting to Fortune 500 companies and market acceleration for IoT, DeepTech, and life science firms. He also led XIUS as CTO and VP of Engineering & Technology for 14 years, driving innovation, expanding product lines globally, and working with diverse organizations, including governments and defense agencies. Sridhar holds an MBA from the Institute for Technology and Management and received training from MIT – Sloan School of Management in design thinking and innovation methods. He’s also a passionate traveler, nature enthusiast, food explorer, and avid reader in the realms of innovation and strategy.
